REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our ready-to-wear pieces are shipped directly from our studio and are eligible for returns and exchanges, as long as they meet the guidelines below.

Returns & Exchanges
If your item doesn’t fit quite right or just isn’t what you expected, you may request a refund or an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
We kindly ask that return shipping is covered by the customer.

Store Credit
Items on sale cannot be rufunded, but instead be exchanged for a 12-month store credit, valid on any current or future release.

Refunds (Faulty Items Only)
Every garment is carefully inspected before shipping. But if your item arrives damaged or faulty, you’re entitled to a refund or replacement.
To qualify, the piece must be unused, unwashed, and have all tags attached. This must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Return-for-Mend
If, over time, your garment becomes damaged from wear, we offer a complimentary mending service to bring it back to life - free of charge!
Return postage is covered by the customer, or you can drop it off at our Dubai studio.
